Summary:As a Tax Accounting Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing tax accounting solutions, and ensuring the quality and integrity of data.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of tax accounting solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to design and build tax accounting applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for tax accounting application development, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

Ensure the quality and integrity of data, performing data analysis and validation to identify and resolve issues.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in tax accounting and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of tax accounting principles and regulations.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with tax accounting software such as Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE or Vertex.

Experience in designing and developing tax accounting applications using programming languages such as Java or Python.

Solid understanding of database management systems and SQL.

Experience with data analysis and validation techniques.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting application development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful tax accounting solutions.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
