Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the project requirements, developing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the applications are aligned with the business needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process, ensuring the applications are efficient and user-friendly.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements.

Design and develop software solutions to meet business process and application requirements.

Implement and configure applications according to specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process.

Ensure the applications are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Boot.

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing web applications using Java frameworks.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with database systems and SQL.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years of full-time education is required.
