Responsibilities a Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEXb Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirementc Able troubleshoot with debugging skillsd Perform Impact analysise Must perform configuration and customization Professional Experience a Must have SFDC Configuration including Flows but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Modelb Must have Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Technical/Functional Skills c Must have sound implementation knowledge of Sales/Service Consolesd Must have Hands on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class etc and awareness of governor limits, order of execution, apex exceptionse Good Knowledge of Rest API/Aura/LWCf Good to have - nCino knowledge as well Educational:a 15 year of regular educationPersonal Attributes a Must have Good Communication skill and Capable of Client facing SFDC role.
Additional Information:a The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.b Good to have - service cloud certification.
