Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designProduction manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of services into key enterprise customers, interacting with several project managers and their respective projects, tracking duties and deliverables. As part of his role the PM has to focus on create strong and long-terms customer relationships acting as the bridge between the client and our operational delivery teams. The PM governance is across all areas of their services including incident and change management always with the main goal to improve the customer satisfaction ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

oBuilding a personal relationship with key client staff.oSuccessful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction oMonitoring overall performance of services.oExcellent communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things to happen. oCollaborating with Sr. management on client account management and growth and opportunities.oEnsuring operations teams are aware of expectative and business needs.oService reporting and sponsoring service delivery meetings.o Review financial reports and supporting documentation for funders as outlined in funding agreements by projects.oWorking with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities.
