Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects. This role requires expertise in AWS Architecture and administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of software systems and providing technical guidance to the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software projects.

Identify and address technical issues and risks, proposing effective solutions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into software development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in AWS Architecture, AWS Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure software solutions on AWS.

Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and DynamoDB.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
