Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. You will also contribute to key decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide problem-solving solutions. With your expertise in Workday Core HCM and Workday Recruiting, you will play a crucial role in developing and configuring applications to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Develop and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements

Collaborate with the team to design and implement solutions that align with business needs

Optimize applications to enhance efficiency and improve user experience
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Recruiting

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday Talent Management

Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows

Experience in designing and configuring Workday Recruiting modules

Knowledge of Workday Core HCM functionalities and best practices

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues

Experience in integrating Workday with other systems

Familiarity with Workday security and data privacy standards
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM

This position is based at our Hyderabad office

A Need Recruit experienced and HCM Certified resource is required
