Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using IBM InfoSphere DataStage. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the development and configuration of software systems using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.

Apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software systems.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development and apply innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or SSIS.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.

Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.

Solid grasp of software testing and debugging techniques.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
