Key ResponsibilitiesA Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud – Strategic Workforce PlanningB Ability to create or update functional design documents.C Perform end to end functional testingD Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Strategic Workforce PlanningE Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customerF Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction Functional ExperienceA Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud– Strategic Workforce PlanningB Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud - Strategic Workforce PlanningC Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect, design, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud - Strategic Workforce PlanningD Experience on Core HR and Strategic Workforce PlanningProfessional ExperienceA Strong written and oral communication skillsB Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross-Organization team members responsible C Strong team handling skills, analytical skills and presentation skillsD Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomesE Should be able to handle client discussions independently and should have excellent communication skills.
Educational QualificationA B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCAB Prior experience with 1 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation specifically in Strategic Workforce PlanningC Oracle Cloud Certified candidate is preferred.
