Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements related to AWS Architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of AWS Architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize program/project requirements, risks, and issues, and develop mitigation plans.

Manage program/project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, and escalate issues as needed.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AWS Architecture and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in AWS Architecture.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

Strong understanding of program/project management methodologies and tools.

Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources for large-scale programs/projects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Solid grasp of risk management and mitigation strategies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
