Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions.

Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and integrity.

Document technical specifications and user manuals for applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Applications Technical.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle Cloud Applications.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications modules and their integration.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Application development tools and technologies.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services and components.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure security and networking.

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure deployment and management.

Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.

Experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with web services and API integration.

Solid grasp of software testing and debugging techniques.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Applications Technical.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
