Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

Planning and Scope:

Define program goals, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop a program charter and roadmap.

Break down the program into manageable projects.

Identify and manage dependencies between projects.

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

Manage resources and allocation across projects.

Execution and Monitoring:

Track progress against plans and identify risks and issues.

Develop and implement mitigation strategies for risks and issues.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.

Manage changes to the program scope, schedule, and budget.

Report on program performance to stakeholders.

Ensure program compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Stakeholder Management:

Identify and engage key stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communication.

Resolve conflicts and disputes between stakeholders.

Secure stakeholders buy-in for program decisions.

Advocate for the program and its value to the organization.Leadership and Team Management:

Provide leadership and direction to project managers and team members.

Motivate and inspire teams to achieve program goals.

Develop and coach team members.

Build and maintain a positive and productive team environment.

Developing and implementing risk management plans.

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Mainframe.

Must To Have Skills:8- 12 years' overall experience

Must To Have Skills:Atleast 3 years of experience in following:

Must To Have Skills:Source Code Management through GitLab

Must To Have Skills:Experience in Urban Code Build & Deploy tools

Must To Have Skills:Knowledge in Mainframe

Must To Have Skills:Python Scripting

Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience in leading large-scale programs and projects with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Program and Project Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful programs and projects.
