Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. With your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications that meet the organization's requirements and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Lead the design and development of SAP ABAP applications for HANA.

Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements.

Ensure the successful implementation of applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP applications.

Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with ABAP.

Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code.

Experience in debugging and troubleshooting ABAP programs.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Fiori development.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation projects.

Knowledge of SAP UI5 and OData services.

Experience in integrating SAP ABAP applications with other systems.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
