Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing best practices for SAP ABAP Development- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development, SAP ABAP Development for HANA- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development principles- Experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA- Knowledge of SAP ABAP Development best practices- Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development projects- Should have strong experience in all RICEFW objects. Work Experience in OData. Experience in developing Object Oriented ABAP programs.- Strong ABAP coding experience including testing and debugging.- Experience in developing programs for SD/MM/FI/PP/PM/Tax/EWM and integration with other SAP modules.- Good to have Strong Knowledge OR working experience in AMDP, CDS. Good to have knowledge or experience ABAP CDS objects (Core Data Services). Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full-time education is required
