Engineer II Software Development

Job Summary:
As an Engineer II in Implementation Development, you will be instrumental in the deployment and integration of software solutions that meet our organizational needs. This role demands a strong technical background, problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize software solutions to meet specific business needs. Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Manage the deployment of software solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes. Coordinate with IT and operational teams to execute implementation plans and timelines.
• Provide technical support during and after implementation, addressing any issues that arise. Troubleshoot software problems and work with development teams to resolve them efficiently.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and implementation workflows. Document issues and solutions to enhance future implementation processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure alignment on project goals. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and project status.
  

Knowledge, Experience Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, development, or a related field.
• Proven experience with software development methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages Java, Spring, Spring Boot and web technologies (e.g., angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL) and data integration techniques.
