Role purpose

As a Specialist (technical/techno functional) – Solution Engineering, you will be responsible for understanding and promoting the features and benefits of our Product to potential customers. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers and other industry experts, and supporting the sales and marketing efforts to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

As a Product Expert/Specialist you will possess a greater level of expertise in the application of techniques and can use them to resolve extremely complex business problems in their area of expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our product, its features, and its competitive advantages.
• Understand and gather the requirements, provide solutions by mapping various business processes of client with the Product
• Create Epics and Stories and obtain sign off from customer
• Participate within Scrum meetings and provide insights into the stated requirements
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from customers to help shape product roadmap and enhancements.
• Analysis of testing results and signoff
• Handle End to End SDLC as a Specialist for Requirement gathering, solutioning, documentation, User Acceptance Testing with client and Go-live support
• Well versed with documentation of the process, requirements and testing strategy as per above

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience in a product specialist or similar role, experience. Preferred from Airline domain
• Worked as a Technical or Techno functional analyst
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data and market research.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Good self-management skills, including ability to escalate issues in a timely manner and work to deadlines.
• Technical skills – Well versed and demonstrated proficiency in majority of below skills / languages as below
• languages/Skills: PL/SQL, Java, C/C++/C#, Unix, Pro-C, ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Modelling (3NF, Dimensional (Kimball), Data Vault), AWS, Azure, BI, Tableau, Kafka
• DevOps - GitHub, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence
• Tools – Jira, Confluence, MS Office,
• RDBMA, Webservice, SQL server, Oracle, SAP HANA, Snowflake
• Well versed with Data Migration, Interface development, Interface mapping and specifications, Requirement gathering, identifying gaps and solutions, Optimization, Performance impact and define testing process/simulation and testing with large data sets.
• Education - BSc-IT, MSc-IT, or Degree in Computer Engineering only OR any degree with work experience on majority of above skills
