Overview:
The Video Content Creator/Model/Anchor plays a pivotal role in producing engaging visual content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement. This role involves creating high-quality educational videos, promotional materials, and social media content, while modeling for various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, technical skills, and industry knowledge to ensure all content aligns with Academically Globals brand identity and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Video Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality educational and promotional videos for various platforms (long-form lectures/tutorials and short-form social media content).
  • Modeling for Promotional Materials: Model for videos, photoshoots, and promotional content to showcase the brands offerings.
  • Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to produce professional and cohesive videos.
  • Brand Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all video content aligns with the brand strategy and overall messaging.
  • Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent production and timely delivery of video materials.
  • Social Media Engagement: Engage with followers on social media by responding to comments and fostering community involvement.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with trends in video production, modeling, and social media platforms to keep the content fresh and innovative.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in developing marketing campaigns by creating visually appealing content, including live production for events or product launches.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor video performance metrics (engagement, views, conversions) and optimize future content strategies.
  • Equipment Management: Manage video production equipment and studio space to ensure high-quality outputs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare, Communications (Master s in Journalism and Mass Communication), MBA in Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and photography/photo editing skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience in visual storytelling techniques, lighting, composition, and SEO video optimization.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and video marketing strategies (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project demands.
  • Experience in the healthcare or EdTech sectors is highly preferred.

  • Versatile Video Creation: The candidate is expected to independently plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including educational tutorials, promotional videos, and social media ads. Flexibility in creating both long-form and short-form content is essential.
  • Modeling On-Camera Presence: The candidate should be comfortable modeling for videos, photoshoots, and promotional materials, showcasing the brands products and services with confidence and professionalism.
  • Creative Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate creativity in developing visual storytelling techniques that align with the brand s goals while also thinking strategically about how to maximize engagement and reach through video content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and leadership teams to ensure all video and modeling content reflects the company s vision and enhances brand identity.
  • Self-Sufficiency: The candidate should be able to manage video production end-to-end, including equipment management, studio setup, and content calendar creation, with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Be open to evolving priorities and project demands, staying flexible to meet both content creation and modeling needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engagement Analytics: Engage with the online community through social media platforms and analyze video performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) to continually optimize content strategy.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with trends in video production, modeling, social media, and marketing to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive in the digital space.
  • Attention to Detail: Deliver polished, high-quality video content that is aesthetically pleasing and aligned with brand guidelines, with a strong focus on detail and consistency.
