Program Management Trainee

• As a Program Management Trainee in a healthcare EdTech (Educational Technology) company, the person would be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs and initiatives that support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the companys educational products and services.
• He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, content creation, technology, operations, and customer success, to ensure successful program execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning and Management: The primary responsibility of the Program Manager is to decide which program / Course to launch. Develop and implement program plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful program execution.
• Define program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, content creation, technology, operations, and customer success, to ensure alignment and coordination across different functions. Facilitate communication, coordination, and issue resolution among team members to ensure smooth program execution.
• Content Development and Curation: Oversee the development and curation of educational content. Ensure that content is aligned with program objectives, curriculum standards, and learning outcomes. Review and provide feedback on content quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Program Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct program evaluation and analysis to assess program effectiveness and impact. Collect and analyze data, feedback, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Continuously monitor and evaluate program performance against goals and make adjustments as needed.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and customers. Provide timely and accurate communication to stakeholders regarding program progress, challenges, and outcomes. Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into program planning and execution.
• Training and Support: Develop and deliver training and support materials for internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure successful adoption and implementation of educational products and services. Provide technical and educational support as needed to ensure smooth program implementation.

In Brief:

• The Program Manager Trainee is the one who helps/decides which course to launch.
• Once the Course/s are decided, find relevant Teachers / Subject Matter Experts.
• Onboarding and Evaluation of the Teachers / SMEs.
• Working closely with the Teachers / SMEs to develop the content. Simultaneously work towards the development of the page etc.
• Effective coordination with the Marketing Team to design and launch the product in the market.
• Evaluate the response and take appropriate action as required to scale up.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in dentistry /pharmacy/ physiotherapy/ nursing/ AYUSH, preferably accompanied by an MBA/ MHA/MPH or another management degree, and a willingness to learn are essential skills for becoming an independent program manager for healthcare courses. The goal is to create a significant impact among healthcare professionals who are seeking to migrate abroad.
• Some experience in product research.
