The Opportunity:
The individual in this position is responsible for the development and oversight of supervisees in the regulatory consulting team, management of workflow from consulting staff to the analyst team and delivery of deliverables from the analyst team to the consulting staff. The individual in this position will work to ensure that analyst utilization goals are met, work meets all required quality standards, and teams function effectively and efficiently.
What you ll do:
Provide ongoing feedback to supervisees to facilitate professional development.
Supervision of regulatory consulting team:
Work with employees who have been identified as possession leadership skills to prepare them for future leadership roles.
Coordinate with supervisors to assess and track individual staff development progression and the overall effectiveness of relevant training programs.
Work with delivery managers to identify staff development and training needs.
Facilitate the ongoing improvement of training programs and resources.
Participate in ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support the business on various hiring and staff development initiatives.
Workflow Management and Quality Assurance:
Control and manage workflow from US-based consulting staff to the analyst team to ensure full utilization of analyst resources and equitable and efficient allocation of work.
Analyze workflow on a real-time basis to ensure full coverage of all consulting teams. Ensure that all work requests are handled in a timely manner.
Serve as point of contact to resolve any issues between the consulting team and the analyst team.
Monitor work progress to ensure timely completion of all projects.
Work with quality assurance to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with ACA standards.
Identify areas where improvement is needed based on feedback from quality assurance and the consulting team.
Conduct surveys of analyst team users, assemble and analyze responses, and report to management on the results of the surveys.
To qualify for the role you must have:
Bachelor s degree.
10-11 years of industry experience.
Major in compliance, law, business, accounting, finance, and/or economics preferred.
