Position Title: International Tele caller & Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic International Tele caller & Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to international clients, generating leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting our services/products and driving the company's growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to international clients to promote products/services.
Engage in meaningful conversations, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
Develop new leads and opportunities through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with prospective international clients to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Sales Generation:
Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits and features of the product/service.
Conduct product demonstrations or presentations over the phone or via online meetings.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions based on client needs.
Follow up with clients through emails and calls to close sales deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Market Research:
Conduct research to identify potential international clients and new markets.
Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activities.
Provide valuable feedback on market conditions and sales strategies.
4. Client Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to international clients.
Resolve any client queries or concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain regular communication with existing clients to maximize retention.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
Keep accurate records of all sales and client interactions in CRM systems.
Provide regular updates on progress, leads, and sales performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in international tele calling and sales (B2B or B2C).
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of international markets and cultural awareness is a plus.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred Role & responsibilities
