Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager (Electrical Estimation & Budget)
- BE (Electrical) / Experience = 8 to 10 Years
- Location = Corporate Office, Pune
- Job Description
- Quantity survey, estimation and costing of Electrical and ELV systems for high rise Residential & Commercial projects
- Electrical budget preparation (preliminary & detailed) based on architectural/electrical designs and tender documents
- Preparation of electrical rate analysis based on various techno-commercial quotations/proposals
- Detailed checking & snagging after getting drawings and tender package from design & development
- Preparation of BOQ or WOR/VOR as per requirement, change in design & specifications.
- Co-ordination with design team, project team and MEP consultants
- Good co-ordination and presentation skills
