Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager (Facade)

• Qualification = Mechanical Engineer
• Experience = 8 to 10 Years
• Location = Pune
• Exposure = High rise Residential & Commercial Tower

Job Description

• To provide Façade related inputs to Architect, Façade Consultants and Structural team
• To prepare technical specifications for tendering & procurement
• Design co-ordination with Façade Consultant for detailed shop drawings
• Preparation of detailed cost and quantity estimates of materials and labour for installation.
• Project co-ordination with installation team during execution and close monitoring
• Quality check of façade materials aluminium, glass, powder coating, gasket, sealant and other accessories.
• To conduct site co-ordination meeting, design work-shop, site inspection, evaluation of vendors etc.
• Value engineering and wastage calculations in the façade elements aluminium extrusion, performance glass, cladding materials etc.
