abCoffee is seeking a dynamic and data-driven MIS Manager to join our team in Vile Parle East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in data analysis tools to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Report Generation : Develop and maintain a variety of reports, dashboards, and presentations to track business performance.

- Business Intelligence : Utilize data visualization tools (i.e., Power BI) to create insightful dashboards and reports.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes through data-driven insights.

- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with data vendors and ensure data quality and accuracy.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to work a 6-day workweek.
