Job Summary:
The Marketing Head will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and management of the company's marketing efforts to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand recognition. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in marketing, brand management, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and create innovative go-to-market strategies.
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Brand Development & Management:
- Oversee the development and consistent implementation of brand identity, ensuring brand positioning, messaging, and tone are cohesive across all channels.
- Manage brand reputation, ensuring high standards of brand integrity and customer perception.
- Drive brand equity through impactful campaigns and communication strategies.
Digital Marketing & Growth:
- Lead digital marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing).
- Leverage data analytics and CRM tools to improve campaign performance, ROI, and
Customer Experience & Engagement:
- Develop strategies to enhance customer journeys, ensuring seamless touchpoints across digital and offline channels.
- Lead customer segmentation and persona development to better target marketing efforts.
- Implement loyalty programs and engagement initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
Product & Innovation Marketing:
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to align product offerings with market needs.
- Oversee product launches, including positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
- Drive the adoption of new products and services through targeted marketing initiatives.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for the executive team on marketing performance, ROI, and budget allocation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CMO/VP).
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands in B2B/B2C markets.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, data analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Expertise in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies, visual merchandising etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
