Job Title: Manager - HR COE (HR Analytics, Compensation & Job Architecture)
- Location:- Mumbai

- Education:- MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 institute
- Role Summary:
The HR COE Manager will play a key role in optimizing HR operations through HR analytics, compensation benchmarking, and job evaluation. Working closely with HR leadership and other stakeholders, the manager will align HR policies with business objectives, improve processes, and enable data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to track and analyze key metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, compensation, and more.
- Create and maintain dashboards that offer insights into workforce trends, guiding decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR teams to interpret data and recommend actionable solutions for organizational improvement.
- Compensation Benchmarking:
- Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking to ensure salary structures remain competitive.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation plans that align with market standards and internal equity.
- Regularly review compensation data and provide recommendations for salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
- Job Evaluation & Job Architecture:
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure roles are properly classified based on responsibilities and skills.
- Create and maintain clear job descriptions and career paths that align with the company's job structure.
- Collaborate with compensation and talent acquisition teams to ensure job architecture remains consistent and competitive.
- Policy Benchmarking & Process Optimization:
- Perform benchmarking exercises to ensure HR policies and practices remain competitive and compliant with industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, compensation teams, and other departments to ensure COE initiatives meet business needs.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:- MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2/Tier 3 institute is mandatory.
- Experience: experience in HR COE, HR analytics, compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as DarwinBox, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and HR policies.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset focused on driving HR excellence and operational efficiency.
