Assistant Vice President Sales

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee and manage a team of sales.
• Provide visionary leadership to the entire sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales department.
• Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track individual and team performance.
• Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide ongoing training and development programs for the sales team.
• Identify skill gaps and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with other cross departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with finance to establish and manage the sales budget.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis and team performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure the sales team operates within legal and ethical guidelines.
• Implement and enforce compliance policies and standards.
• Address challenges and obstacles faced by the sales team, providing guidance and solutions.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales targets are met.
• Foster a culture of innovation and encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in the sales   process.
• Adapt strategies to respond to changing market dynamics and emerging opportunities.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through reference, networking, and social media.

Preferred Candidate must have experience in AD Sales, Media Sale, B2B, Corporate Sales.
