R&D Senior Engineer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion business for Services division in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for: Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work. Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them. Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them. Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.

• Highly skilled in C#, .Net technologies with .Net Core, Web APIs, You must have experience in working with microservices.
• Bachelors or a masters degree in computer science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent skill level.
• You have around 8-12 years of experience, and minimum 4-6 years of strong experience in working with C#.Net projects.
• You have strong problem solving and analysis skills.
• Task based programming, OOAD basics and linq and Unit Test/Component test using xunit/nunit or any standard frameworks.
• You have worked with database SQL queries. Knowledge of NoSQL concepts is must.
• Your Knowledge on tools and processes around DevOps (like CI, CD) is added advantage.
• Your knowledge on MS Azure application development is must.
• Your work experience on web-based application development is must.
• You possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
