R&D Engineer 6, Software

• We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer Tech Lead with a strong background in electronics and a preference for knowledge in AI/ML
• The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of programming experience, a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable architectures, and the ability to lead technical teams
• As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of innovative solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions integrating electronics and AI/ML technologies
• Architect scalable and efficient systems and infrastructure for AI/ML applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronics and AI/ML technologies and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronics and AI/ML projects
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and challenges
• Lead team of AIML and MLOps engineers
• Perform Code and Design reviews, collaboration with other product technical architects Trainings

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of programming experience in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
• Strong background in electronics and embedded systems
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e g, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is preferred
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable architectures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with hardware-software integration. Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, On-Prem Deployment). Updated with latest in AIML domain, distruptive technologies like DeepSeek etc. Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions integrating electronics and AI/ML technologies.
