R&D Operating Manager

• Lead licensing QA automation team in support of R&D and system enhancement projects Recruit and manage talent to create a high performance and effective team Drive process efficiency and product quality initiatives to reduce time to market while maintaining quality standards
• Partner with product management and tech leaders in the organization to create a frictionless DevOps process inclusive of test automation Research technology trends and invest in people development to positively impact the teams impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with increasing scope and ideally including people management or team leadership Ideal candidate has a technical background in test automation platforms and tools such as Jenkins, selenium, Eggplant, Protractor, Jmeter, Rest-Assured, etc
• Software development experience with C++, C#, Python and DevOps tools including Git/Gitab, Jenkins, TFS, Jira and Confluence Experience working with remote teams Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor s or Masters degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent Prior experience with software licensing technologies and systems is highly desired
