- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle all customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Process customer transactions, returns, exchanges, and special orders with accuracy.
- Ensure that the store displays are attractive, well-organized, and stocked with the latest jewelry collections.
- Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to the management team.
- Educate customers on jewelry care, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and competitive offerings in the market.
