Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd has an opportunity for R&D Manager at Dombivali Location:

• Choosing ROS from literature.
• Evaluation of literature search. •
• Support to patent filing. •
• Implementation & monitoring Good Laboratory practice. •
• To discuss with senior personnel about day to day activity. •
• Assign job responsibility to sub ordinates as per their work specification. •
• Allocation of R&D work to respective personnel, preparation of RS/WS & their characterization.
• To monitor the all online activity and completion of the assigned work. •
• Ensure efficient inter and intra -department communications. •
• Ensure the online data entry in respective log books, records and LNB. •
• To conduct training program as per schedule and as per requirement. •
• To review logbooks, Laboratory note book, calibration records. •
• Support to audit. •
• Assign daily work to subordinate as per requirement. •
• Review laboratory instrument qualification data. •
• Preparation, review of respective SOPs. •
• Ensure the availability of raw materials, solvents and routine work
