Job Description

1. Knowledge requirements: 1) Master VPO Management pillar describes the management control, process analysis, routine reporting systems (MCRS&PRP) and the5S requirements management checklist, knowledge management, standards development and implementation, service level agreements, etc; 2) Master ABI corporate culture,VPO human pillars of knowledge modules, such as post job descriptions, and job responsibilities related to RACI table, performance management (including goal setting and issue, performance assessment criteria), skills, products, Matrix training, leadership development, compensation and benefits policies, awards recognition, work environment, internal and external recruitment processes; 3) Master the VPO quality pillar hydro InBev food safety policy, HACCP(hazard analysis critical control point) integrity, product quality, quality control and reporting systems; 4) Master VPO ES support a variety of security monitoring, injury prevention, safety alerts, safe work procedures (including but not limited to, work permit, Loto, Spider-man, safety, workplace safety, contractor safety), departmental security risk identification, chemical regulations, by-products and waste management regulations; 5) Master VPO pillar inventory control, in the course of transport logistics, inventory and scheduling timely comply with state law information, timely delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, financial performance - zero cost maintenance costs 6) Master VPO pillar maintenance maintenance standards, self-maintenance, monitoring (including planning and scheduling system is working correctly, ensure that management control system is working correctly, performance KPI, financial performance - zero cost maintenance costs) 2 .
