Regional Training Manager

Key Deliverables:
Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, such as Induction (both virtual / physical), refreshers, classroom training, online training, and one-on-one coaching.
Ensuring 100% coverage of the targeted staff for all the trainings.
Visiting Branches for training delivery as per the business requirement.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employees' skills and knowledge.
Ensuring that minimum 1 disbursement is done by the trained ROs withing 90 days of joining.
Keeping track records of all the trainings done, employees covered and share the same with the management as & when required.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of training techniques and adult learning principles.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and deliver training in various formats.

Grade Manager
Experience Required - Minimum 3 years in relevant field
Qualification – Any Graduate
