Broad Areas of Impact

* Preparation of Financial Statements

* Setting up Control systems in the company

* Ensuring Compliance of IND AS and All regulatory requirements

* Investor Relations SPOC and Assistance in Fund Raising

* Working with Legal counsel

* Internal contact for Stat and Internal auditors

* Working with founders to monitor business plan and actuals

* Operating Rhythm - Set up a calendar for finance to streamline and enabe scaling

* Will also be involved in operating finance in early stage

Experience in a VC invested/early stage company with a mix of PE/Listed firm experience is a huge plus from a width perspective. Experience in Big 6 (BDO and Grant Thorton) with mix of either VC or Listed cos is perfect from having a sponsor/mentoring set up in Audit firms
