Designation - HR Head
Strategic HR Planning:
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Mentor and coach junior HR staff, promoting professional development within the team.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Implement proactive measures to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management:
- Design and administer performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and implement effective training programs.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives to enhance the skills of managers and executives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Review and analyze compensation structures to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, making recommendations for enhancements.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture through various programs and activities.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and inform decision-making.
- Generate regular reports for senior management on key HR performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience working with ATS, preferably Keka HR.
- Several years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on leadership and strategic HR management.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are an asset.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
