Job Overview :

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in developing and managing robust web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both backend and frontend technologies, have experience in AI/LLM integrations, and possess strong communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Full-Stack Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python for backend development and MERN or MEAN stack for the frontend.

- Implement responsive, user-friendly frontends and secure, efficient backends.

- Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities.

- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across platforms.

2. AI/LLM Integration :

- Work on integrating AI and Large Language Models (LLM) for various features within the application.

- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate ML models into the application and optimize their performance.

- Continuously explore new AI/LLM advancements and recommend suitable technologies for application enhancement.

3. Stakeholder Coordination and Communication :

- Act as the point of contact between the development team and stakeholders understanding requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring expectations are met.

- Provide regular progress updates, address queries, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

4. Code Quality and Best Practices :

- Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code.

- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding standards.

- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.

5. Collaboration and Agile Development :

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance, to deliver a cohesive product.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong foundation in Python and MERN or MEAN stacks.

- Proven experience in AI/LLM technologies and integrating ML models into web applications.

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of databases (e.g., MongoDB, SQL).

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
