Maintaining inventory of IT assets and issue of IT Assets (Computers, Laptops, Printers, accessories)
- Ensuring IT Software compliance and software validation
- Executing IT and non-IT MOCs - Purchase, managing inventory post delivery and installation
- Maintaining servers such as AD, Scrum, AV, and other R&D applications such as chromeleon, Empower etc.
- Troubleshooting any ISP, network, wifi and security related issues observed at their respective sites.
- Troubleshooting desktop, printer, connectivity related issues, etc. and resolving the same.
- IT induction training to new joinees
- E-waste collections, storage and disposal
- Should have knowledge of ITIL Process and suggest process improvements.
- Should have understanding of Networking and Windows basic concepts
- Conducting remote troubleshooting
- Responsible for creation of technical documentation and manuals
