Treasury & banking officer

1) Co-ordination with internal department for detailsof inwards remmitance and preparing the douments to be submitted to the bank for the same.

2)Working on EDPMS & providing bill closer requests & other required details to bank to resolve queries

3) Reconciliation of payments through coordination of Bank advices entries for following banks - Citi / BOB / BBK /HSBC/ AXIS Vapi / lnduslnd / SBI

4) Prepare and evaluate all payment bills for all imports and exports and check for rate currency conversion and currency exchange competitiveness.

5) Plan and execute for all urgent payment requirement such as raw material payments , shipping comapanies manual payments , service vendor payments, cash voucher payments, bank to bank online fund transfer, RTGS & NEFT.

6) Prepare a payment plan for the daily resource expenses at SEZs in Aarti and all other functions as per requirement. Coordinate with site teams to keep a track of the same.

7) Preparation of financial reports - Quarterly Financial Reports & Monthly Financial Reports

8) Evaluation of all pending payments to all external vendors and partners

9) To ensure all transactions and cash payments are capture in SAP systems with complete integrity

10) Calculate ROD on current Debt and submit the same to Insurance on a monthly basis.

11) Monthly Submission of NDS to Rating Agency, FX updation for Marketing team, internal auditors, finance team for various purposes, Monthly ECB Submission monitoring and co-ordination for Bank interest funding internally

12) To be aware of all Annexures under RBI guidelines and have the skills to prepare and submit certificates for the fulfilment of the same.

13) Prepare financial reports of all lending requirements and the financi health of the organization for the procurement of compliance certifications.
