R&D Business Management Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Growing CDMO Business through the development of new leads and contacts.
• Assisting market intelligence and trade data analysis, collecting pricing information, conducting literature surveys, understanding raw material pricing, assisting proposal preparation, and project execution.
• Developing and executing marketing plans to meet the target.
• Collect information as per the requirements of the customer and the project and present it in the appropriate forum for business decisions.
• Follow-up with the internal stakeholders to debottleneck the process and ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.
• Maintaining and updating relevant documentation and assisting in making presentations.
• Support the team with other responsibilities as required and channel the request according to the internal requirements.
• Creating tax invoices, Service Master and Customer Master in SAP and implementing any amendments/changes in the processes.

Certification:

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing/Marketing and marketing fundamentals.
• Knowledge of SAP.
