Finance Executive

We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will primarily handle bank-related transactions, raise bank transfer vouchers, and ensure accurate accounting for all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bank Reconciliation: Ensure all bank transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled on a timely basis.
• Bank Transfers: Raise and process bank transfer vouchers, ensuring correct authorization and documentation.
• Accounting Entries: Record bank-related transactions in the accounting system and ensure proper coding of expenses, income, and liabilities.
• Voucher Management: Maintain a record of all vouchers, ensuring proper filing, documentation, and ease of retrieval for audit purposes.
• Payment Processing: Assist with processing payments to vendors and employees via bank transfers and maintain a record of all such payments.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic financial reports related to bank transactions, transfers, and reconciliations for management review.
