Role & responsibilities

1. Coordinate with QA for Vendor Qualification in case of any new RM is required.

2. Arranging the all raw materials as per the production plan.

3. Coordination with QC for raw material analysis on time.

4. Responsible of SOP implementation in the department.

5. Responsible for supervision over Stores Dept. Team to ensure timely issuance of raw material.

6. Ensure all the goods receipt notes is being prepared on time.

7. Responsible to present the audit.

8. Responsible to engineering store operation.

9. To prepare and maintained documents as per GMP requirements.

10. Preparation of MIS on monthly basis.

11. To maintain the GST related documents.

12. Responsible for physical stock verification on monthly basis.

13. Followup for Engineering Material and supply.

14. Followup for cappex approval.

15. Responsible for Engineering Material availability for repairing and maintenance.

16. Follow up timely purchase order approval.

17. Follow up timely purchase requisition approval.
