Designation: Manager / Sr.Manager / Chief Manager
Location: Vadodara
- Assess & identify training needs against the desired functional competencies for given job roles
- Develop Operations trainings in Anual Training Calendar and plan the montlhy schedules for delivering learning programs across job families
- Coordinate with various SPOCs (Single Point of Contact) to ensure the effective implementation of various Learning modules
- Ensure documentation and record keeping of all training as per the benchmarked quality standards (ISO guidelines)
- Measure effectiveness of training to evaluate change in the competency levels against the objectives of the trainings
- Ensure standardisation of learning interventions across all the zones for Operations Training
- Ensure complete adherance to Operations Training guidelines and monitor execution of Operations Training
- Manage GyanVriksh - Library for Technical books, managzines, HBR
- Ensure complete adherance to Operations Training guidelines and monitor execution of Operations Training
- Responsble for vendor evaluation and facilitation of External Training as per identified training needs
- Facilitate Job Role Wise Focused Development Jouneys e.g Eklavya for Field Operator and DCS Supervisors
- Lead Progressio - the 1-year learning journey for Officer Trainees/ Management Trainees/ Leadership Trainees
Job Purpose
1. To provide the mandated Behavioral Training hours as recommended in AMS guideline ensuring that the training will enable organizational success
2. Support in Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate - Behavioral Training across AIL
3. Identifying Behavioral Training Needs of all job families in AIL through PMS
4. Deliver Behavioral Training for Associate and Officer job families of AIL
Job Dimension
1. Capability Building Incharge's role dimension will focus on planning, designing delivery and evaluation of Behavioral Offering of AIL
2. Connect with External Vendors to understand their merits and USPs
3. Organize and administer training delivery such that the participants are comfortable and the venue is appropriate
4. Ensure that all Behavioral Training is reflected in the LMS .
