Stores Executive

Receive and check the inward material as per order, issuance of material, stock maintaining, monthly stock closing, maintaining stores area etc.

• Responsibilities:
• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery documents, and report any discrepancies.
• Material Issuance: Issue materials to authorized personnel based on requisitions or requests, ensuring accurate documentation of issued items.
• Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and ensure proper storage of materials. This includes regular stock checks and updates.
• Stock Closing (Monthly): Conduct monthly stock closing activities, including physical stock verification, reconciliation of inventory records, and reporting of stock variances.
• Store Area Maintenance: Maintain the store area in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• This includes proper arrangement of materials, labeling, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain all necessary records related to material receipts, issues, returns, and inventory levels.
• Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, production, and other departments regarding material availability and requirements.
• Material Handling: Handle materials safely and efficiently, using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) when necessary.
• Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
