Sales & Marketing Manager (International)

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure the demand and supply is matched for the respective products allocated
• Budget the products and ensure the sales numbers are achieved
• Gather relevant information and share with the key stakeholders
• Ensure Customer Delight by ensuring the right quality product, On Time in Full
• Work towards strengthening customer relationships and increase cross selling

capabilities

• Be ready for International Travel (passport required)
• Ensure customer complaints are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
• Pricing products such to optimize profitability
• Using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts
• Be aware of regulations such IMDG and IATA
• Ensure the payment from customer is received as per the contract
• Be clear in communication and have a strong command over English as majority

Data analysis: The role calls for continual analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors. This analysis provides the foundation for marketing strategies. Much of this analysis is done by drilling down into data around customer behavior and experiences, so you need to be up to speed on these techniques."

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate with Chemical Sales Experience with minimum of 4 years

- Chemical Engineering Background will be added advantage

- MBA candidates will also be prefered
