1. Backend Developer

Experience: 4+ Years
Salary: ₹15 Lakhs

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
* Manage and maintain MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
* Develop and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend developers, product managers, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
* Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and software bugs.

Required Skills and Experience:
* 4+ years of proven experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
* In-depth knowledge of working with relational databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL).
* Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
* Strong experience with scalable system architecture and design principles.
* Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
* Experience working with microservices architecture and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies &Experience with cloud platforms

2. Frontend Developer

Experience: 6+ Years
Salary: ₹14 Lakhs

Responsibilities:
* Develop user interfaces using React.js and Next.js for fast, scalable, and dynamic web applications.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
* Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, and performance optimization techniques.
* Implement responsive designs for seamless cross-device compatibility.
* Integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end.
* Optimize web application performance for fast load times and a smooth user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:
* 6+ years of experience in frontend development, with expertise in React.js and Next.js.
* Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors.
* Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development best practices.
* Experience collaborating with design teams to implement pixel-perfect UIs.
* Proficiency in state management tools (Redux or Context API).
