Legal & Liaison Head

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Legal and Liaison Head to join our esteemed real estate development company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in legal matters and liaisoning within the real estate sector. This position requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all legal aspects related to the real estate industry, including drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Handle compliance with real estate regulations, RERA, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and permissions.
• Provide legal advice to the management and ensure risk mitigation in all transactions and operations.
• Lead dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and litigation when necessary.
• Ensure due diligence for land acquisition, property titles, and other legal formalities.
• Maintain strong relationships with legal firms, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• LLB/LLM or equivalent degree in Law.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in legal and liaison roles, with a significant focus on the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, RERA compliance, and property-related legal procedures.
• Proven track record in handling government approvals, land acquisition, and legal compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
