Travel Operations Manager- FIT/MICE

Familiarity with portals such as GRN, TBO, REZLIVE, Hotels beds.

Role & responsibilities Customized Itinerary Planning:

1. Curating personalized travel plans keeping the clients needs in mind.

2. Collaborating internally to create and deliver on customized itineraries that cause client delight.

3. Advising clients on bespoke experiences that can be woven into the itinerary to make the travel experience more satisfactory.

Handle international online hotel bookings, resolving issues like tour problems, amendments, sold-out situations, transfers, sightseeing, and payment discrepancies.

Manage book-out cases, last-minute bookings, and special requests efficiently.

Provide expert solutions to pre-travel and post-travel inquiries within deadlines.

Make reservations for tours, including hotels, coaches, restaurants, and sightseeing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Successfully negotiated exclusive rates in the B2B market, resulting in increased profitability. Demonstrated capability in handling on-ground operations to ensure hassle-free experiences for clients and garner positive feedback.

Proficiency in utilizing portals like TBO, REZLIVE, GRN, etc., and extensive experience with multiple Destination Management Companies across various countries.
