Job Description
- Set the bar and have the ability to filter and set out the quality parameters for what qualifies as an ATC Approved villa.
- In identifying and curating the ATC Villa Collection , should be able to filter and eliminate villas not synonymous with the brand.
- Proactively approach and foster relations with exclusive apartments, rentals and villas globally (in cities as well as offbeat locations), which are not otherwise available online or in the public domain .
- Leverage their travel, research and networking skills to curate the villa section within the company, and maintain and update this database (along with contact and accessibility details) from time to time.
- In relation to branded chains villas, have the ability to source better deals and negotiate rates , identify which brand is the best fit based on a client brief, and foster and maintain relationships with such chains/brands.
- Be able to comprehend and adhere to clients briefs (be it families, private groups etc.) and recce (or have credible sources on the field who can recce) villas prior to recommending, to ensure the ATC standards are being met.
- Achieve cost and logistical efficiencies using MS excel and chart out and communicate quotes, plans and budgets clearly.
- Ideally have a global network in the hospitality industry (or proactively create such a network) such that sourcing requirements and client servicing on the field is seamless, and the team on the field (be it chefs, entertainers, experience guides etc .) understand the brief and execute immaculately.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Having a demonstrable passion for villas within the travel industry.
- You should be relationship driven- as a part of this profile, you will be representing our brand at some of the most elite and exclusive travel shows globally, and should make the most of this exclusive access and platform to ensure that our clients have an edge over others.
- In addition to identifying and filtering, you should have the ability to ensure these villas are providing the standards we re looking for & that cost efficiencies are achieved.
- As a villa expert, you will be expected to have all the market intel on what s new - we will be counting on you to make things happen for our clients.
- Need to be a ninja with MS Excel and PPT.
- You must be organised, meticulous and adhere to briefs to the T.
- You should be able to work in a team and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- A good personal network in the travel and villa space
- Having travelled internationally, ideally to off-beat destination
- Valid international drivers licence and comfortable with driving across Europe and Asi
