Job Description

Dedicatedto managing internal audit assignments and special assignments in the nature ofIFC, investigations, forensic audits with team size of 45-50 persons. The jobwill involve

Clientdevelopment including new client landing

Continuousproject management

Staffplanning , monitoring and development.

Providingsupport to Partner

The job will also include multi-location assignmentsof ASA which presupposes co-ordination and co-working with the RAS colleaguesfrom other ASA locations.

Requirements

Technical-

CA with minimum10+ years experience in internal audit (preferably a career internal auditoreither in industry or practice)

Good knowledgeof Internal Financial controls/SOX, business process advisory eg. Drafting andimplementation of SOPs, business process review, control evaluation, specificvalue add engagements / assignments like cost control improvements,identification of redundant activity areas in a function etc.

Strongunderstanding of industry / business with sector specific knowledge

Good Knowledgeof SAP essential

Goodleadership and management skills with proven ability in having managed a teamof atleast 45-50 persons in various capacities / designations.

Abilityto multi-task and experience of handling multiple assignments simultaneously.

Changeleader with ability to put in place processes and systems and drive theexisting ones.

CIA,CISA /DISA, CFE and related qualifications in Internal audit, InformationSystems , Forensics will be an added advantage.

Gooddata analytical skills and Excel knowledge.

Skill /Experience in use of tools in data analysis like python, R and CAAT tools ACL,Idea etc. will be a welcome addition.

Communicationand others -

Stronginterpersonal written and verbal communication skills with good report writingskills. Experience in internal audit of manufacturing industry essential.

Provenmanagement and leadership abilities

Abilityto develop strong partnerships or working relationships with all thestakeholders.

Displaysinitiative and strong inclination to learn.

Open-mindedand receptive to various perceptions and inputs.
