Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary:
The Service Delivery Manager ensures efficient and high-quality service delivery to clients by managing teams, meeting SLAs, and fostering client relationships. This role focuses on service performance, process improvement, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end service delivery to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as the primary client contact for service escalations and feedback.
• Lead and mentor teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in service processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in service delivery or client management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• ITIL certification or familiarity with service management frameworks preferred.
