Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This includes managing resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to achieve defined goals while ensuring quality standards and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Monitor project progress and performance using project management tools and KPIs.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes to project scope, ensuring minimal impact on delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 12 years of experience managing projects in relevant industries.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Certifications (Preferred):

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2
• PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
